  • Standard LIFTWITHLIV Gym Program:

    You’ll need access to a commercial gym or a well-equipped home gym with at least dumbbells, an adjustable bench, and long bands.

    DB At-Home Program:

    You’ll need a variety of dumbbells.

  • You will have access to the workouts inside of The LiftWIthLiv Method App from the day you join until 1 week after the challenge ends (Sunday November 10th, 2024)

  • You can ask questions in the Facebook Group and through the LIFTWITHLIV group messaging feature in TrainHeroic. Please note that individual support via text, email, Instagram DMs, or Facebook Messenger is not available.

  • The IGNITE challenge is a one-time payment of $99 USD.

  • Gym Program: 45-60 minutes per session.

    DB At-Home Program: 30 minutes per session.

  • Workouts are available via The LIFTWITHLIV app on TrainHeroic.

  • Yes, for the first time ever, custom nutrition is included in the IGNITE challenge.
